The death of Jackass star Ryan Dunn, who was killed very early Monday morning in a fiery car crash at age 34 along with his friend, will not be a cause of much concern for the Philadelphia bar where Dunn reportedly got drunk at before his untimely death, according to Philadelphia state police.

The police Bureau’s Sgt. William La Torre told the Associated Press that the agency determined that Dunn was not visibly intoxicated when he was served two beers and six shots by bar employees over his four hour stay at the bar. Police later determined that Dunn’s blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when he drove his 2007 Porsche off a road, flipped over a guardrail, and crashed into the woods.

The police went on to tell the AP that other friends and fans reportedly purchased Dunn roughly three drinks at the back table, out of the sight of the bartender shortly before he left the bar. MTV released a statement on the death of Dunn, a former star of their hit reality series and later movies, saying: “We are devastated by the tragic loss of Ryan Dunn – a beloved member of the MTV family for more than a decade,” Van Toffler, president of MTV Networks Music/Films Group said. “The Jackass brotherhood will never be the same.”
