According Lindsay Lohan’s report in the Los Angeles County Probation Department, she could be sentenced to one year in prison due to how damaging it was if she ends up being convicted of a grand theft felony for stealing a $2500 necklace. According to the report given to TMZ by a “source”, it contains both “shocking” and “devastating” information about the troubled actress, which have yet to be released.

It is so damaging that if the judge looked at the report while giving her sentence that he would likely to sentence her to jail, even though it was likely that she was going to be jailed even before this report was known. Therefore, it likely means that she could be sentenced for longer if the information makes its way to the hands of the judge.

As it is, Lohan’s judge — Keith Schwartz — says that she will get three months in jail if she was to accept a plea deal. She is scheduled to appear in court later this month to give her plea. Lohan recently left rehab after she was there for nearly a month.
