As Lindsay Lohan heads back to court tomorrow, TMZ is reporting that Shawn Holley left the judge’s chambers and learned that there will not be a plea deal as many expected. She reportedly went to the judge and wanted to see the sentence Lohan would get if Lindsay plead guilty to the stolen necklace she allegedly stole. Danette Meyers, a prosecutor, wanted Lohan to get six months of jail time, but Lohan’s attorney wanted to see if a better offer could be given to her client.
When Lohan goes back to court and faces Judge Stephanie Sautner, who was assigned the case by Judge Keith Schwartz, the judge could very well find Lohan violating her probation and could be sentenced to prison time. After holding preliminary hearings, people close to the case and Lohan are confident that Lohan will be given a jail sentence while awaiting trail for violating her probation.
