Justin Bieber Talks About Living In Poverty, Having A House Full Of Mice

Justin Bieber may not be a household name to everybody, love him or hate him. He may now be raking in millions of dollars every year, however, he didn’t grow up that. Recently, he opened up, talking about his childhood and how he grew up poor. At one point, living with his mother after their father left them, he had no bed to sleep on, and his house had mice running rampant all over the place.

“That place was really dirty,” Bieber recalled. “We had mousetraps everywhere because there were mouses – uh, mice – in the house. I didn’t have a real bed. I slept on a blue pull-out couch in my room […] We didn’t have anything in the fridge, except maybe luncheon meat for school and macaroni and cheese. I’d love to play Oliver Twist.”

Bieber may now be given a hard time by critics of his, but considering what he came from and everything he went through early in his childhood, he now makes us admire him even more. Nobody deserves to live in those types of conditions, and we are happy Bieber was eventually discovered on Youtube and is now raking in the cash.
