Justin Bieber Is Everywhere; “Bieber Alert” Trending On Twitter

Written by Michael Lambarde on Feb. 20, 2011

Lately, no matter where you look, you are bound to get a Justin Bieber sighting. This past Thursday night, for example, Justin reprised his role of Jason McCann on the hit CBS drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, his second ever appearance. If you didn’t hear already, he won’t be appearing on the series again because his character was shot and killed (view the video). This weekend, Bieber is all over the world promoting his new movie Never Say Never, which hit theaters yesterday and is actually doing quite well. According to early estimates, the Bieber documentary will do about $38 million in its first weekend, far surpassing the $13 million it cost to actually make the movie. Not bad for a 16-year-old.

Bieber also appeared on the NBA All-Star Celebrity game last night, and despite his team actually losing, Bieber had eight points, four assists and two rebounds for the West team, which lost 54-49 to the East at the Los Angeles Convention Center. However, Bieber ended up being the most valuable player for his team for his efforts, actually picking up a trophy in Los Angeles after being snubbed at the Grammy Awards just five days prior.

Currently, his dedicated fan base have the phrase “Bieber alert” trending on the popular social media website Twitter, supporting Bieber and all of the projects he is currently involved with. With all the projects that he has been working on over the past few weeks and with him seemingly appearing everywhere we look, I question if a “Bieber alert” is necessary, but you must be impressed with the popular pop-star for sure.
