Jennifer Lopez is speaking out on a fight that she had with her co-judges on an American Idol audition. Jennifer Lopez admitted that she and her fellow judges, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, had their first big disagreement when a girl performed for the judges.

People reports that Lopez really liked the girl’s audition and was ready to vote to have her advance to Hollywood, but was surprised to learn that her fellow judges were not as high on the girl as she was.

“Me and Randy and Steve got into our first fight. I got really, really upset,” the On The Floor hitmaker said.

While Lopez felt that the girl was “amazing,” Tyler and Jackson asked her to sing a second song that better suited her before the two of them outnumbered Lopez and eliminated her from the competition.

“I thought I was being Punk’d,” admitted to the celebrity magazine. She said that she felt that the “girl deserve[d] the chance.”

As far as Idol, which is scheduled to debut in January 2012, Lopez dished that her second season of Idol is “going really great,” but admitted that Jackson and Tyler have been “really tough” on the people auditioning this year.
