‘Harry Potter’, Selena Gomez & ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Clean House At 2011 Teen Choice Awards

After Twilight dominated the Teen Choice Awards last year, this year, it was the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise that took home the most surfboard this time around. The film brought in six awards Sunday night for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.

Both Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson both each won awards for Choice Movie Star, for male and female, Emma Watson earned a prize for Choice Actress, Tom Felton won the Choice Villain award, and both Watson and Rupert Grint earned a surfboard for Choice Liplock. In addition, the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise capped off a good night with the movie earning an award for Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy movie.

Despite Twilight: Eclipse not getting the most awrds of the night, it still did earn love as Taylor Lautner won a surfboard for Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy Actor, and his co-stars Kella Lutz and Ashley Greene won awards for Choice Male and Female Scene Stealer.

On the TV portion of the show, The CW’s Vampire Diaries dominated as the show won for Choice Breakout Show, Michael Trevino and Kat Graham were declard Choice TV Scene Stealers, and both Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder won prizes for Choice Actor and Actress in Fantasy-Sci-Fi series.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez also took home awards — the latter star nabbed five awards: for Choice Female Hottie, Choice Comedy Actress in Wizards of Waverly Place, Choice Group for leading the band Selena Gomez & The Scene, Choice Singer for Who Says, and Choice Love Song for Love You Like A Love Song. Bieber won an award for Choice TV Villain for his guest-starring role in CSI last year

Those chosen to win the surfboards were as voted by the fans online leading up to the live FOX telecast from Los Angeles.
