Frankie Muniz of the former hit FOX series “Malcolm in the Middle” reportedly put a gun to his head and punched his girlfriend during a heated argument, according to sources close to TMZ. In a police report filed in Arizona on Friday, it claims Frankie Muniz and his girlfriend Elycia Turnbow were in an argument about “prior relationships”, when things turned violent.
The actor’s girlfriend told the police that Muniz “grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide.” Muniz denied putting the gun to his head, saying, “I grabbed the case, but not the gun… it isn’t even loaded.” But police later found a loaded gun at his residence.
Frankie went to the hospital, claiming he slipped and fell. After he returned home the fight began again. Turnbow said Muniz “punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom.” The actor denies hitting his girlfriend, claiming he was awakened, “by Elycia yelling at him and hitting him in the face.”
Police told Frankie and Elycia they would be arrested if things got out of control again.
