Creator of AMC’s Mad Men, Matthew Weiner finally received some good news from the network today. While the next upcoming season of his hit drama series that put the network on the map is still scheduled for a 2012 return, he received news from the network will pick up the series for three final seasons. Although there will be a 17-month-gap between season 4 and season 5, Weiner told the Hollywood Reporter he was still “pleased” with what the network and him negotiated, after a stale mate just days prior.
Christina Hendricks, who plays the role of Joan Holloway on Mad Men, was pleased with the news today as she supported her friend Vivienne Westwood launch her new fashion and jewelry store in Los Angeles, donning Westwood’s corset top, cigarette pants, black peep toes and a gold leaf brooch. Hendricks, who has appeared at awards shows as of late stealing the show with her busty figure, however, received compliments from many as they noticed that her chest has decreased in size.
A source close to Etidbits.com noted, “either she is wearing clothes that actually fit her rather than the large, over sized, yet gorgeous clothes she wears, or she has received a breast reduction”. Check out the photos from the launch of the new store by clicking here.
