Throughout the Charlie Sheen turmoil as of late, which culminated with Sheen getting fired by CBS and Warner Brothers, John Cryer, who starred alongside with Sheen on the hit series Two and a Half Men over the past nine seasons, has remained relatively silent regarding Sheen hitting rock bottom.
While talking with E! News, Sheen ripped Cryer, calling him one of the catch phrases he has made popular as of late, a “troll” and a “traitor”. Here is the full thought Sheen had to say directed about his long-time co-star: ”Like I said: you’re with me, or you’re with the trolls, obviously he’s (Cryer) with the trolls. Jon has not called me. He’s a turncoat, a traitor, a troll. Clearly he’s a troll. He issued a statement. Is it gonna take me calling him a ‘traitor, juvenile and scared’ for him to get it?”
However, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting otherwise. They stated that Cryer has told them that he has been “privately” in touch with Sheen, and a source close to Cryer says that “John made the decision not to go public out of respect to Charlie. He made that decision. This is another perplexing turn.”
Considering the state of Charlie Sheen as of late, whether it be him on top of the Live Nation offices with a machete chanting “free at last” or the very dark ‘Sheen’s Korner’ he recorded last night, it is hard to take the word of Sheen seriously these days, as he could simply be blaming Cryer because he is upset with being fired from Men and is willing to blame anyone.
