As Charlie Sheen begins his tour kickoff in Detroit, Michigan tonight — where he is scheduled to rake about $7.5 million a month from the gig, assuming fans continue their interest in the former Two and a Half Men star — the custody agreement between Sheen and his estranged wife related to their two-year old sons, Bob and Max, has been finally formalized. This comes off the heels of both the twins being taken by local police enforcement early last month on camera.
According to the legal documents filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Sheen will be able to get custody of the twins every other weekend from Saturday morning until Sunday night. Next, Sheen will get the twins every Wednesday morning until Thursday morning if “all goes well in both camps” during the third two month interval. In addition, both Sheen and Mueller must submit to random drug testing three times a month into the foreseeable future.
The legal documents continue saying that the nannies that provide care at Mueller’s house must be with the children at all times, even when they are by Sheen’s house. As far as the goddesses go, Sheen is not allowed to show public displays of affection around his kids, nor can the twins be photographed with either parents and their “romantic counterpart”.
