Just days after Casey Anthony was ordered to return to Orlando to serve out a one-year probation for pleading guilty to check fraud, her parents have scored an exclusive deal to appear on Dr. Phil during the season premiere on September 12. Dr. Phil, however, notes that the Cindy and George Anthony will not get paid, but money will be donated to the charity named after their granddaughter Caylee, Caylee’s Fund.

Dr. Phil told People that he “looked them straight in the eye and asked some very tough questions” and that “nothing is off limits during this interview.”

The interview, which comes nearly two months after their daughter Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her daughter Caylee during the summer of 2008, promises to discover if there is truth to the claims Anthony made during her trial.

“Cindy and George have suffered a horrific loss with the untimely death of their granddaughter Caylee, and they have since endured an unprecedented public attack on their family. Have these attacks been warranted, or not,” Phil said.

Cindy Anthony released a statement shortly after the news was released about the interview saying, “We knew that we’d want to speak at some point and we figured there was no better place than with Dr. Phil. We are hoping that by doing this interview, we will be able to help other people who may be experiencing struggles of their own. We certainly don’t want anyone to experience what we have these last three years.”
