Brett Favre’s sister Brandi is in hot water these days. She was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly manufacturing crystal meth in a condo in Mississippi. It hasn’t been all rosy for the Favres, has it? This news came just days after the NFL quarterback star Brett Favre was being sued for sexual harassment. Brandi Favre, 34, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and generation of hazardous waste, both felonies, according to Sun Herald newspaper.
Undercover agents raided the condo in Diamondhead, Miss., after buying meth from two suspects at a gas station off Interstate 10. According to a police agent, the condo had an overwhelming odor with smoke and fumes and meth was found cooking in the bathtub. Favre and four other suspects were arrested and were taken to the Hancock County Barn for decontamination and then charged. They were due in court Thursday.
Brandi Favre reportedly has a crime history. In 1996 she was charged with unlawful use of a weapon in connection with a drive-by shooting and in 1999 she was charged with felony shoplifting after being accused of stealing clothes.
