Less than two months after Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver announced their split, Shriver has now filed for divorce from the former Governor of California at a Los Angeles court. This, of course, comes off the heels of it being leaked that Schwarzenegger fathering a child with his housekeeper and keeping it a secret for over a decade, until he finally confessed to Shriver earlier this year.

In the divorce filing, Shriver is seeking joint custody of their two children, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13. They also have two older children, Katherine, 21, and Christina, 20. In addition, she is requesting spousal support and for her soon to be ex-husband to pay all attorney fees. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce. Shriver and Schwarzenegger have been married for 25 years now. The couple never signed a pre-nuptial agreement when they filed for their marriage.
